We had a delightful stay at this charming inn, exploring the nearby market town of Richmond. The views from our room were stunning, and the locals were incredibly friendly. The dining experience was outstanding. we enjoyed beautifully presented meals that felt like a treat.

In my kids' opinion, the hotel could use a play area for families.

I had an amazing experience during my stay, as the room was spacious, clean, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The friendly staff ensured that I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived, and the food was top-notch, particularly the locally sourced breakfast that set me up for a day of walking. a better coffee machine would certainly elevate the experience, as the current filter option wasn't the best.

Charming stay with warm hospitality

Enjoyed two nights in a spacious room with immaculate cleanliness. The friendly staff made our dinners memorable, especially the sharing platter appetizer. Keep in mind the bar can get a bit noisy due to the wooden decor, so for quieter dining, opt for the restaurant area!

The stunning views were overshadowed by the old mattress in the room.

We booked last minute, and there was only 1 room left. Our room was spotless, big and warm with beautiful views. , The food here isn't your typical pub grub. it's quite different, more expensive and suitable for a special occasion.

Not the cheapest place but,, you know what? It was totally acceptable.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Double Room 4. The views from the room were stunning and the bathroom was spacious with a powerful shower. Breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my visit. 🏞️

my stay at the punch bowl was pleasant. the superior twin room had fantastic views, and the area was perfect for walking. The dining options were noteworthy. i especially loved the traditional cooked breakfast!

had a lovely night there! the breakfast was amazin and loads of options. dinner was super tasty too, that starter was the best iv ever had! the staff were really nice, helped us change our room to a lower floor since we were feelin unwell. the view from the room was stunning!

the only downside was that we had to walk up to the top floor with our bags since there’s no lift. also, wish they had a little gift in the room like cold water especially in the heat.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and a lovely breakfast made our stay memorable. we particularly enjoyed the convenience of the off-site parking and the beautiful views from our room while having a pint outside.
